General
All services offered by JeanGenie Ltd are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded this is a requirement of PhonePayPlus in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.

Premium Rate Telephone Services
To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute from a BT line, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.

Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.50 per minute from an Eircom line, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.

Credit Card Services
To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.
We charge £29.95 for the first 20 minutes and then £1.50 per minute there after. All charges are made in Sterling (GBP)

Text Services (UK)
Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per shortcode per calendar day.

The charge for our Live Psychic Service is £1.50 (may need more than 1 reply) per message received, Horoscope £1.50 (may need more than 1 reply) per week. The Horoscope service is a subscription service and texts will charged weekly. To stop the service text “STOP” to 80122

Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 0800 916 8620 from outside the UK It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)

Credit Card Reading Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Psychic JeanGenie Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Use of Data
JeanGenie Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act as a Data Controller. Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text messages) We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. PhonePayPlus or REGTEL.

Barring of Access
JeanGenie Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against JeanGenie Ltd or any of its associated companies.

Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in an English Court.
